Shirodhara is a classical Ayurvedic therapy that involves gently pouring a continuous stream of warm, medicated oil over the forehead (third eye region). This deeply relaxing treatment is highly effective for calming the mind, reducing stress, and promoting overall emotional and neurological well-being.

Luke warm herbal oil is poured in a continuous stream onto the forehead, while receiving a gentle massage on the head. Sirodhara rejuvenates and revitalizes the body and mind. What Happens During Shirodhara?

A stream of warm herbal oil is rhythmically poured on the forehead (especially between the eyebrows – the “Ajna Chakra”) using a specially designed vessel, allowing the oil to flow gently and continuously. The therapy lasts between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your condition.
